“The transportation was excellent — the driver was amazing! He offered us cold water during the activity and even gave us cold towels to help us refresh, which was a really thoughtful touch. The guide was okay. His Spanish wasn’t very strong, and at times it was hard to understand certain words, but he was friendly, gave clear explanations, and brought good humor to the experience. However, the price was extremely high for what we received. It felt excessive and honestly quite abusive considering the overall quality of the service.
